Privacy Notice.

This notice explains how Gavin Erasmus Advisory — a trading name of Green Oasis Trading (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2014/035716/07 ("we", "us") — collects and uses personal information, in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

Only what you give us. If you send a brief through the contact form, we collect your name, organisation and role, email address, and the context you provide. If you book an introductory call, the scheduling provider collects the details needed to confirm the appointment. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not buy or sell personal information.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, to schedule and hold a scoping call, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We process this information on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in replying to a business approach. We use it for nothing else.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any engagement that follows, then for the period our legal and tax obligations require. After that, we delete it.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@gavinerasmus.com and we will action the request. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
