Gavin Erasmus Advisory is a trading name of Green Oasis Trading (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa under number 2014/035716/07. References to "we" and "us" mean that company.

The content here is provided for general information about our advisory practice. Pricing ranges, benchmarks, and methodology descriptions are indicative and do not constitute an offer. Industry benchmarks we cite are drawn from published research and describe potential, not a guarantee of outcome for any particular client.

Enquiries

Sending a brief or booking a call starts a conversation, not an engagement. No obligation arises on either side until a scope, fee, and deliverable are agreed in writing. We treat the information you share in an enquiry as confidential.

Intellectual property

The pattern library, reference architecture, framework names, wordmark, and written content on this site are ours. Frameworks and tools we reference but did not author remain the property of their owners; we describe our use of them, and claim no ownership over them.

Liability

We take reasonable care over the accuracy of this site but provide it "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of website content ahead of a formal engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
